If you are like a lot of people, you are thinking that this book will be redheads only or, at least, mostly redheads. That would be wrong. The title, "Volcanic Girls" is because it was photographed on Lanzarote which is a Spanish island off the coast of Africa that was formed from lava from a volcano...blah, blah, blah... Anyway, this book has pictures of beautiful women that are: clothed; topless; full nude but covering certain areas; full nude but with legs crossed (covering what we want to see) and full nude (various poses). Don't expect anything daring or graphic in this book. The photos are mostly focused on the chest area. Also, they are done in the tame Playboy style and let's face it, Playboy is in financial trouble because of how totally and completely mild they are... The photos are crisp, sharp and vivid. The style is classy but you can easily tell each and every picture is staged and the poses were thought out long before they hired the model. I've been reviewing a lot of these books lately (I like reviewing things that don't get a lot of reviews) so trust me when I tell you how "staged" they all looked. Still, the models are stunning and all above average. To sum up... There are worse books out there and there are better books out there. Would I recommend this? Meh...if you really want it then get it. But if you are on the fence then look at my other reviews, there are some really fantastic books out there.
A glorious, beautiful book of glorified beauty. These words should be all you need to know about how great this book is, but for you people that need to know what you are getting yourselves into, you are in for a treat. This wonderful book is full of beautiful nude or near nude women in gorgeous environments, all tasteful done. Gentlemen like myself would be proud to show people this book when coming over to visit. A shame that I foolishly missed on the first print of this book, thinking it wouldn't disappear, but it did. I'm most grateful that the publisher saw how great this book was and reprinted it for people like myself that would appreciate Stefan Soell's fine eye for beauty. Give this book now and I promise you will not be disappointed.
