I'm done reading this book and I'm not going to give away any of the books secrets and tips and as for the quality of the book itself, it is very nice and the cover is nice and thick which allows for easy reading but the cover didn't fold or crumble like others books and the book has a nice large print to it which is very easy on the eyes. there is a chapter of recipes to get you started on the diet as well as a chapter that gives you a many sample menu and it just doesn't get any easier than that and I've made a few subtle changes based on this book and I've already lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and the book was very informative and helpful and I liked the recipes inside and even tried a few and they were amazing. It should have more price on itself. Well Thank you author for such a great book. I enjoyed that.

Yes, no more counting calories! I love this book and the tips inside it. It helped me understand foods more and how they impact our fat loss and overall health. I totally hate counting calories, it makes me feel deprived of all the foods I want to eat. I just can't help it. But a ketogenic diet switch is really worth it. What it takes is portion control and proper training. I'm also crazy about the Keto diet shopping list in this book for the 3 week action plan. A must-have! I want to recommend this book for people who long time want lose weight but actually dont know what need to do. Highly recommended. Well i am minus 20 kg already. It is awesome. I can breath the air with new lungs!

This is not just another a dieting book. it does not have recipes. It does not tell you to eliminate this or that from your diet. None of that crap. None of the usual 'you need to motivate yourself' hype.This book can simply change your life. What can i say? this is a good book! Thank you Ketogenic diet is a great option for most people and is shown to be highly effective. However, if you are suffering from certain diseases or ailments, it is treatment and body as well. If they say it is okay, then go ahead with it. The diet is effective if you follow it properly and consistently for some time. It won't show results in a day or two but will have long-lasting effects that you will benefit from. Well I find myself in the kitchen a lot more, but that's a good thing, especially since I'm gaining more energy and endurance from the diet. Since I live alone I've also invested in more plastic bags and containers. When I use one of the recipes I divide the finished product into the number of servings, eat one and bag the rest for the freezer or fridge. I like thia author and book so much! Thank you again again and again. Amazing!

Well it is a good book! i love it sooo much! you don't have to waste your time hunting around for one that tastes good and has the right carb counts. Not all of us live close to stores that carry endless options for low carb living so I like the simple ingredient lists and I like that she lists the name brands so that if you can't find them, you at least know what to order. And actually you need to buy it and make a gift for someone!

I am returning this book. It is very unprofessionally done. It has not been edited properly nor recipes tried after final draft. Pancakes were like gooey scrambled eggs. Many recipes didn't make sense (grill instructions on a baked item or directions don't match ingredients) nor photo does not represent text (Name Crackers but photo was of biscuits). Meat recipes are cook and season very basic nothing special. Some recipes are Farenheit and many say Celsius with F temps. You will need an Instant Pot for many of these recipes along with Erythritol which you may want to look into how healthy that is. Previous good reviews in my opinion must be bogus. I do not recommend this book at all, don't waste your money.

Really bad book for begging a Keto diet. It's just an cookbook, but without pictures. A VERY few pages about the diet that don`t explain anywhere near enough to get started. Plus its printed on suoer-cheap paper. Save your money, and DO NOT purchase this!
